Taylor Wimpey has launched three new show homes at their Fox Wood development in Halsnead Garden Village.

The Taylor Wimpey development consists of a range of 350 three and four-bedroom homes within Halsnead Garden Village.

The developer opened the doors to the three-bedroom, 2.5-storey Braxton, and four-bedroom Coltham and Lydford show homes on Saturday 13 January.

Visitors got the chance to look around the plots to help visualise themselves in a the homes, and speak to the sales team. An independent financial advisor was also present to help people understand how they can afford a new home.

Customers enjoyed refreshments while speaking to the sales team, and there were special treats for all children visiting.

Health workers Allana Newton and Callum Barnet were the first customers to reserve at the Taylor Wimpey development. The first time buyers chose a three-bedroom Gosford home, and were asked to officially open the sales centre earlier this year.

Allana said: “Once we were able to see the site plans, we fell in love. It just looked beautiful. We love that the development is surrounded by nature and is so peaceful and quiet. The great road links to M62 helps keep us close to our friends and family so we can go exploring and see what the area has to offer for us whenever we like.”
