The Tritax Symmetry development sits in the south of Halsnead Garden Village. The park is being constructed on the site of the former Cronton Colliery, bringing a new lease of life into a site largely unused since the Colliery’s closure in 1984.

Work is well underway on the first 161,000 sq ft logistics unit, which Yodel recently secured on a 15-year lease.

The multi-million-pound investment forms part of an overall development that will generate millions for the local economy annually. Once complete, Symmetry Park will provide around 1,000 new jobs.
