Our story
Located in Knowsley, Merseyside, the prestigious Halsnead Garden Village development is the largest combined housing and employment site in the Liverpool City Region. We have created a beautiful sanctuary for housing, employment opportunities and breath-taking green space for the whole community to enjoy.
Halsnead Garden Village will be made up of around 1,600 new, high-quality homes, 33 hectares of new greenspaces and a new, 28-hectare Country Park.
New and enhanced community facilities will also be delivered and accessible to everyone.
Halsnead Garden Village is ideally located to access motorway networks and situated approximately 15 minutes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and 30 minutes from Manchester Airport.
A wealth of cultural, leisure and retail options are also easily accessible in the local area.

Halsnead Garden Village is home to a rich abundance of flora and fauna, including rare species’ and a variety of interesting seasonal visitors. The beautiful Yellow Water-Lily, represented on our logo, can be found on Big Water, at the heart of the Garden Village, during the summer months.
The protection and enhancement of existing ancient and mature woodlands, new wetland planting, the restoration of wildflower meadows and the planting of over 1,400 trees across the development, will further improve bio-diversity at Halsnead Garden Village, providing new habitats for birds and other species.
The vision
Halsnead Garden Village will provide much-needed family homes in Knowsley to suit many budgets. This inclusive new community will include a mixture of affordable options.
The development will also deliver 22.5 hectares of employment land, creating around 1,000 new jobs. The latest employment development will strategically meet market demand for distribution, logistics and advanced manufacturing space, supporting the growth of crucial regional sectors.
The new country park will cover 28-hectare of spectacular greenery. The combination of tended and wild areas creates an extraordinary landscape across the new country park, along with the new amenities such as a visitor centre with reception, café, education space, ranger officers and an outdoor terrace area, construction of an outdoor classroom canopy and a sky room.
