First show home launches at Taylor Wimpey’s development at Halsnead Garden Village

Prospective new residents can now take a look around the first show home at the Taylor Wimpey development at Halsnead Garden Village.

The ‘Fox Wood’ development will provide a range of 350 three and four-bedroom properties, which includes affordable homes.

Taylor Wimpey opened the doors to the four-bedroom ‘Manford’ show home on Saturday 1 July. Visitors will have a chance to look around the plots to help visualise themselves in a Taylor Wimpey home, enjoy some refreshments and speak to the expert sales team to find out about the various ways moving can be made easier and more affordable. An independent financial advisor will also be present to help people understand how they can afford a new home.

Three further show homes are due to open at Fox Wood Garden Village later this year.

Jennifer Burns, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North West, said: “It’s so important for people to get a feel for what life in one of our homes could be like. Our show homes demonstrate everything from the quality of construction and spacious rooms, to the different ways you can use the spaces.

“We’re really excited to be launching our show homes at Halsnead Garden Village and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers. It’s also great to have an independent financial advisor along to answer those difficult questions about money. Give us a call if you’d like to find out more or book an appointment.”

Health workers Allana Newton and Callum Barnet were the first customers to reserve at the Taylor Wimpey development.  The first time buyers chose a three-bedroom Gosford home, and were asked to officially open the sales centre earlier this year.

Allana said: “Once we were able to see the site plans, we fell in love. It just looked beautiful. We love that the development is surrounded by nature and is so peaceful and quiet. The great road links to M62 helps keep us close to our friends and family so we can go exploring and see what the area has to offer for us whenever we like.”

Halsnead Garden Village is the largest combined housing and employment development in the Liverpool City Region. Once complete the development will deliver approximately 1,600 new homes and at least 22.5 hectares of employment land, 33 hectares of new greenspace and a new 28 hectare Country Park.
