Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership
Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership homes will be sold directly by Registered Providers (Housing Associations). More information on affordable home ownership can be found here.
Applying for affordable rental homes
To apply for an affordable rental home on Halsnead Garden Village, you will need to sign up and apply to Property Pool Plus, which can be done here. Property Pool Plus will assess your application and advise you of your priority banding. Once you have your branding, you will then need to express an interest in the properties as and when they are advertised.
